Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; two years of experience or two years of college coursework may substitute for degree.
• Two years of professional experience with youth and families preferred in related settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care with multidisciplinary team and maintain essential elements of the clinical record.
• Teach activities of daily living and provide services per guidelines and protocols.
• Connect clients with community resources and schools/family service providers.
• Provide telephone and on-site crisis intervention and follow-up.
