Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to assigned staff, including recruitment efforts, training, professional development, and progressive discipline; oversee practicum students.
• Coordinate and develop orientation, ongoing training, and professional development programs.
• Monitor staff and develop systems and programs to improve productivity.
• Oversee completion of clinical/administrative projects for behavior team staff members.
• Serve as a resource for NBU protocol and policy issues for staff, faculty, and other disciplines/departments.
• Participate in development, review, and supervision of standard behavioral protocols.
