Job summary

Behavior Nation is seeking a Program Manager to lead field-based teams in delivering ABA-based services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop and oversee individualized clinical programs, train caregivers, collect data, and implement programs under supervision of a BCBA. The role spans home, community, school, and clinic settings; travel across the San Francisco Bay Area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ABA coursework and experience in behavior modification services.
• RBT certification or BCaBA certification with ABA experience.
• BCaBA or higher in related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional communications to staff and client families.
• Develop and oversee client clinical programs and supervise BIs.
• Train and support caregivers and family members; maintain data and reports.
• Lead clinical team and training meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide coverage for peers and direct therapy when needed.
