Nationwide Children’s Hospital in United States is seeking a registered nurse for day shift (7am-3:30pm), 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week). Every other Saturday & Sunday required.

Start rate $36.90/hour with $5 weekend differential; potential higher pay based on experience; may float to other Behavioral Health nursing units as directed by leadership. Formación

• BSN or Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs.
• Communicates patient care needs to team.
• Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Utilizes Therapeutic Communication while monitoring patient and family needs.
• Documents according to organizational standards.
