Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• CMA/RMA certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage reminders.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Process payments and coordinate with billing and insurance teams.
• Answer patient inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain records.
• Set up and operate TMS equipment and monitor patients during treatment.
