Job summary

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neuro Trauma ICU to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team. You will document care, educate families, and support recovery through evidence-based practice.

The role requires AC LS and TNCC within defined timeframes, an RN Diploma, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• RN Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Document care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.
• Apply evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate a holistic treatment plan.
