HCA Florida Largo Hospital in Largo, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Neurosurgery ICU. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, following established nursing models and hospital standards.

This role involves patient/family education, documentation, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. RN licensure with an Associate Degree is required, with ACLS/BLS due within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• ACLS/BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN with Associate Degree required
• State-specific nursing standards and specialty scope apply

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care with the care team
• Documents care in patient records timely and thoroughly
• Teaches patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up
• Supports lifestyle modification and self-management education
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver care plan
