Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neurosciences Unit at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. This part-time night position in the Stroke and Neurology department offers an opportunity to care for acute stroke and neuro patients in a 43-bed inpatient unit.

You will perform advanced neuro assessments, manage high-acuity cases, and collaborate with neuro and neurosurgical teams to provide full-scope RN care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• One year of acute nursing experience required.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for acute stroke & neuro patients.

• Manage drains and high-acuity cases.
