Job summary

Novant Health's Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Registered Nurse for Neuro ICU on a full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with Wed, Thurs, and Fri off. Join a 30-bed Neurosurgical ICU delivering high-level care to critically ill neurological patients.

You will provide direct patient care, monitor ventilated patients, and collaborate with the health team in a fast-paced, educational environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of acute nursing experience required.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients, including stroke and traumatic brain injury.
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and advanced critical care therapies.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, intensivists, and the healthcare team.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing

4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred
