Job summary

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Registered Nurse for the 30-bed Neurosurgical ICU on the night shift (7p-7a). You will care for critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients, participate in complex therapies, and work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

The role requires basic RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, and at least one year of acute nursing experience, with a focus on continuous learning

Qualifications

• RN with acute care experience required.
• One year of acute nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients.
• Manage advanced critical care interventions and monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive neurological and physical assessments and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, intensivists, and interprofessional team.
• Support continuous learning and development in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care.
