Mercy is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Neuro Stepdown at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. This full-time night role leads clinical operations, staffing, and patient care delivery in a high-acuity unit.

You will coordinate placement, supervise staff, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and ensure safety and quality. Nursing leadership and hands-on care may be required as needed.

Qualificações

• RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement processes, and patient care standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient placement and staffing to ensure appropriate care coverage.
• Oversee daily clinical activities to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist clinical staff with patient care and unit operations as needed.
• Direct nursing staff in managing clinical situations and changes in patient conditions.
• Perform staff nurse duties when necessary based on acuity and census.
