Mercy is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Neuro Stepdown at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. This full-time night role leads clinical operations, staffing, and patient care delivery in a high-acuity unit.
You will coordinate placement, supervise staff, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and ensure safety and quality. Nursing leadership and hands-on care may be required as needed.

The Nursing Supervisor of Neuro Stepdown is responsible for coordinating patient placement, staffing assignments, and daily clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role provides leadership and support to nursing staff, oversees clinical activities, facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams, and assists with operational, budgetary, and quality improvement initiatives. The incumbent serves as a clinical resource and may perform direct patient care duties as needed to support departmental needs.
