Job summary

Natus Medical is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, maintain, consult, train, and service the Neurology product line of Neurodiagnostic devices and software at contracted accounts. The role requires onsite work with travel across the territory and collaboration with installation teams and managers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years of field service experience, with strong IT and clinical installation skills, and a proven ability to work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
5 years of relevant field service experience in installations, training, and troubleshooting; medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and train on Neurology product line at contracted accounts.
Perform site readiness reviews and manage installations per company standards.
Troubleshoot PCs, networks, and hardware/software issues; escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate CRM records and complete paperwork promptly.
Travel extensively to support territory service activities and installations.
