Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an SLP

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physician, and families
