Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for neuro-focused home and community rehab. This full-time, salaried role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a stable weekly income with on-site support and a local caseload.

You will evaluate and treat adults with communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges, building functional skills in real-life settings. Experience in neuro rehab is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, clients and families.
