Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time, salaried work focused on neuro-rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will support adults with cognitive, communication and swallowing challenges after neurological injury or illness.

The role emphasizes on-site treatment delivery, local caseloads, autonomy in planning, and a stable weekly income with mileage reimbursement. Sign-on bonus available across full-time territories.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of neuro-rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staff meetings/family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate needs and progress to treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
