Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time salaried work focused on neuro-rehabilitation in home and community settings. Expect stable pay, autonomy in treatment planning, and dedicated local territories.

Open territories include Biddeford, Waterville/Bangor, Dexter, and Bucksport, each offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staff meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations, provide home/community safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
