Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, part of BrightSpring Health Services family, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time, salaried work in Maine. The role focuses on neuro-focused home and community rehab, evaluating and treating adults with cognitive/communication and swallowing challenges.

Sign-on bonuses of $10,000 apply across active territories. Positions include Bangor, Bucksport, Biddeford, and Dexter, with mileage reimbursement and stable weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year's work experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and improve outcomes.

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
