Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinical Liaison to educate and guide patients toward the next level of care while fostering relationships with the local medical community to grow referrals and admissions into the Outpatient Day Neuro Program.

The role focuses on brain injury care (TBI, NTBI, post-stroke) and involves education, relationship-building, and collaboration with hospital leadership to expand market presence and program reach.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required.

Responsibilities

• Creates target lists of contacts and decision makers in assigned hospitals.
• Develops relationships, provides excellent customer service, and educates referral sources on services provided by the hospital.
• Demonstrates positive referrer satisfaction and account retention.
• Educates potential patients and families on acute rehabilitation and the benefits of program(s).
• Supports Sales and Marketing through educational programs, tours, meetings, etc., in assigned hospitals.
• Develops strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals.
