Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, or SLP) to lead referral development with case managers, physicians and hospitals. You’ll assess patient needs during pre-admission and coordinate transfers to our rehab hospital.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as RN/OT/PT/SLP, or eligibility.
• Two years related clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Sound judgment in handling confidential health care information.

Responsibilities

• Develop target lists of hospital contacts and decision makers.
• Build relationships and educate referral sources about rehab services.
• Educate patients and families on acute rehabilitation benefits.
• Support Sales/Marketing with hospital tours and programs.
• Set quarterly goals with supervisor and track progress.
• Identify opportunities to expand strategic initiatives with leadership.
