Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Staff Physical Therapist to join our team and help individuals with acquired brain injuries regain independence through personalized therapy plans.

You will evaluate patients, design and implement treatment programs, supervise aides and students, and coordinate with families, insurers and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas.
• Membership in APTA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain therapeutic programs to help patients achieve goals.
• Conduct initial evaluations and use outcome measures to guide plans.
• Implement treatment programs including vestibular rehab and home programs.
• Provide pain relief using modalities and manual techniques as appropriate.
• Continuously monitor progress and update patient plans.
• Supervise clinic aides and students, offering guidance and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with patients, families, and insurers.
