Job summary

Advocate Health's Aurora West Allis Medical Center – Outpatient Rehabilitation: Neuro is seeking a Doctorate-credentialed Physical Therapist to lead outpatient neuro evaluations and treatment plans. You will establish care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes.

Experience with vestibular rehab and advanced technologies (LiteGait, Bioness, Ekso Bionics) is preferred. The role includes charting, coordination with the care team, and potential supervision of staff as

Qualifications

Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and WI licensure requirements.
Outpatient neuro rehabilitation experience preferred and strong manual therapy skills.
Ability to interpret physician referrals and develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
Implement treatment and adjust plans based on patient progress and outcomes.
Document care, complete billing and scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies.
Coordinate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Operate and supervise modalities and exercise equipment per department guidelines.
