Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (Neuro) to provide true one-on-one rehab in home and community settings across the United States. This high-autonomy role puts you in control of your schedule and caseload while delivering meaningful functional outcomes.

You’ll work with clients recovering from stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, and other neurological conditions to restore mobility and independence in real-world environments, with flexible full-time, part-time, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum one year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuro rehab techniques for complex injuries.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and coordinate with families.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
