Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Creedmoor, NC is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Behavior Health Tech to support adults with brain injury in our residential programs. You will implement facility-wide behavioral training, maintain daily documentation, model positive behavior, and contribute to a safe, structured environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, transportation to medical and community activities, and participation in physical, vocational, and recreational

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility-wide behavioral training and documents accordingly.
• Models appropriate behavior, provides reinforcement and feedback daily.
• Assists residents in ADLs and participates in activities.
• Transports residents to appointments and community activities.
• Completes daily documentation and incident reports.
• Performs housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
