Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Creedmoor, NC is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Behavior Health Tech to support adults with brain injury in our residential programs. You will implement facility-wide behavioral training, maintain daily documentation, model positive behavior, and contribute to a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

We are searching for Full-Time 1st Shift Behavior Health Techs to work in our residential programs located in Creedmoor, NC. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.

Duties:

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)

Requirements:
