Tempus seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team in its Psychiatry division, exceed sales goals, and implement territory plans. This role hires, trains, and manages Clinical Account Executives within a defined geographic region and reports to the VP of Provider Sales, US, for Neuro-Psychiatry.

Qualifications

3+ years as a sales manager leading 8+ reps
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven track record in management and leading regional teams

Responsibilities

Drive the growth of your sales team and their customers
Coach and develop your team on territory management, sales process, and sales strategy
Develop and maintain key customer relationships; propose business solutions
Plan and conduct regional sales meetings to share product knowledge and applications
