Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a Regional Sales Team and exceed sales goals for the Psychiatry division.
• Develop regional/territory business plans; hire and train Clinical Account Executives.
• Coach on territory management, sales process, and strategy.
• Maintain key customer relationships and opportunities in strategic accounts.
• Plan regional meetings to share product knowledge and skills.
• Oversee Salesforce usage to measure performance and pipeline.
