Job summary

PeaceHealth SHMC at Riverbend in Springfield, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Neuro for Outpatient Therapy in a part-time 0.80 FTE, day shift. The salary range is $48.52 – $72.78 per hour, with hiring rates dependent on education, training, experience and collective bargaining terms. Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (ACPT accredited) or foreign equivalent.
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist License is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via AHA or Red Cross.
• Neuro physical therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes treatment plans and goals.
• Delivers therapy per plan and adapts as needed for patient progress.
• Documents assessments and treatments accurately and on time per requirements.
• Collaborates with care teams to ensure seamless patient care and may mentor staff.
• Supports program development, quality improvement, and new service initiatives.
• Participates in meetings and clinical education activities.
