Job summary

PeaceHealth SHMC at Riverbend in Springfield, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Neuro - Outpatient Therapy for a Part Time, 0.80 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $48.52 – $72.78.

Relocation assistance may be available. Responsible for evaluating patients, determining plan-of-care and goals of treatment, and working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon.
• Basic Life Support certification (ACLS/BLS as applicable).
• Preferred: Neuro Physical Therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes a plan of care and goals.
• Provides PT treatment according to plan of care and adjusts as needed.
• Documents accurately in a timely manner per regulatory and state requirements.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous patient care.

Education

Physical Therapy degree (CAPTE-accredited)

Oregon PT license

Basic Life Support (BLS)
