Job summary

PeaceHealth SHMC at Riverbend in Springfield, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Neuro - Outpatient Therapy for a Part Time, 0.80 FTE, Day position. The salary range is $48.52 – $72.78 per hour. Relocation assistance may be available.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, setting plan of care, delivering therapy, documenting per licensure, and collaborating with the care team. A Oregon PT license and BLS certification are required; neuro experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy as required and CAPTE-accredited.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon required.
• BLS/CPR certification at hire.
• Neuro physical therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine plan of care and goals of treatment.
• Provide therapy per plan and adjust as needed to meet patient needs.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely per licensure and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and education.
• Mentor students and supervise therapy aides as applicable.
• Participate in service development and quality improvement activities.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
