Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT from an accredited PT program.
• Oregon PT license upon hire.
• License in states where care is delivered (upon hire).
• BLS - American Heart Association certification (upon hire).
• Occasionally specialized PT experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.
• Perform patient evaluation and treatment to support independence and functional goals.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safety.

National Provider BLS - American Heart

Occasionally specialized PT experience

Education
