HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Charleston, SC is seeking a Neuro Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with the care team, document thoroughly, and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers in alignment with the hospital's standards and values.

You will assess patients on admission and during shifts, administer prescribed medications, and educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and follow-up steps.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an active nursing license in applicable state(s)
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date
• Associate degree or diploma in nursing is required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record
• Respond promptly to patient requests and educate patients and families about care and treatment
