Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a Neuro Med Surg Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement care plans and ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes nursing assessment, medication administration, patient education, and advocacy for patients and families within the HCA system. This is a full-time, on-site position at Trident Health in Moncks Corner, SC.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in the state of practice and/or a valid compact license
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate degree or diploma in nursing required; bachelor's preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes promptly
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record
• Provide timely, compassionate patient care and respond to patient requests
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, using clear explanations

Skills

< 1 year experience

RN License in State/Compact

BLS certified

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
