You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement care plans, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes pain management, timely responses to patient needs, and adherence to nursing standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice or holds an active compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Assess and manage patient pain with regular reassessments.
• Document care in the patient medical record promptly.
• Teach patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
