Qualifikationen

• ADN or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in medical record.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
