Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with providers and the care team. You will follow established nursing models and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, prompt responsiveness, and patient education on conditions and treatments.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in SC or compact license
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
• ≤ 1 year applicable experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor response, document care in medical record.
• Respond to patient requests and proactively address needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, meds and follow-up.
