Job summary

We provide a Nursing Clinical Ladder and encourage certification, with day and night shifts. Sign-on incentives up to $15,000 are available for experienced RNs, and additional ICU-specific bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and discharge planning.
• Formulates a plan of care and coordinates with the care team.
• Implements care with physician orders and nursing plans.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care as needed.
• Documents care in the patient record timely and accurately.
• Participates in unit leadership and education of staff.
• Contributes to improving nursing quality indicators and outcomes.
• May supervise staff and oversee workflow in the department.
