Job summary

Banner Health invites you to join our Neuroscience Service Line as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Phoenix. You will provide complex neuroscience and critical care, collaborate with neurology and ICU teams, and participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder Program with opportunities for education and certification.

We offer day and night shifts, a sign-on incentive up to $15,000 for ICU experience, night diff of 18% and weekend differentials, plus comprehensive benefits as part of Banner Health.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice with active status.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care or ICU setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan nursing care according to policies and standards.
• Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise assigned staff where applicable.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Support unit leadership and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
