Banner Health’s Neuroscience Service Line seeks a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Phoenix to deliver high-level neuroscience care and participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder. The role supports education, certification, and collaboration with physicians and care teams in a teaching facility renowned for Magnet recognition.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on for RNs with 12+ months of experience and a $15,000 sign-on for ICU experience, plus night/weekend differentials and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plan of care.
• Implements and documents nursing care per policy.
• Coordinates with care team and supervises care delivery.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care as needed.
• Documents data and interventions in patient record.
• Supports evidence-based practice and professional growth.
• Contributes to safe, effective, equitable patient care.
• May supervise staff and workflow in the department.
