Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Phoenix, AZ to deliver expert care to critically ill neuroscience patients in a teaching environment. The role offers a sign-on incentive and opportunities for education and certification advancement.

You will work with a Neuroscience leadership team, utilize a self-scheduling tool for shifts, and participate in clinical ladder development to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care/ICU neuro nursing is preferred.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care with attention to safety and quality.
