Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure.
• Experience in ICU nursing is preferred for Banner Casa Grande ICU team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and discharge planning.
• Formulate and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement care and coordinate with physicians, patients, and families.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the patient record.
• Promote evidence-based care and participate in continuous quality improvement.
