Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 2 to 5 years RN experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• 0 to 2 years critical care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care.
• Supervise progress and modify care plan as needed.
• Maintain competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Coordinate, delegate and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care.
