Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis seeks a part-time RN (0.9 FTE) for 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p) with every 4th weekend rotation. The role supports nursing care delivery, supervision of care, and collaboration with families to plan and evaluate patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Vocational nursing degree, with 0–2 years RN experience and MN or WI RN licensure; BLS/ACLS per unit requirements.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care.
• Maintains education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Incorporates evidence-based nursing practice considering current regulations.
• Establishes measurable outcomes with patient and family collaboration.
• Coordinates, collaborates, and delegates to ensure safe, effective care.
• Fulfills organizational requirements.
• Roles: Charge Nurse when acting in that role; Preceptor when applicable.
