Qualifications

• Enrolled in BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Critical Care Course required within 6 months of hire.
• Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire.

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
