Job summary

Inspira Health Network seeks a qualified registered nurse to provide professional nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes.

The role requires active NJ RN licensure, enrollment in BSN/MSN programs (if not yet graduated), and adherence to BLS/ACLS timelines. Experience in neurology, neurosurgery, or neuro ICU is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate by the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Critical Care Course within 6 months of hire.
• Dysrhythmia course within 3 months of hire.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies.
