Job summary

Inspira Health seeks qualified nurses to provide professional care using the nursing process and collaborate with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate evaluation and care while adhering to all policies and regulatory standards.

Candidates should be enrolled in BSN/MSN programs with strong preference for those with medical-surgical and neuro/ICU experience, NJ licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification within required timeframes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduate by the third employment anniversary date.
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• Grandfathered exemption rules for certain hire dates.
• Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred.
• One-year clinical experience for per diem positions; two years preferred.
• Prefer recent neurology/neurosurgery/neuro ICU experience managing complex patients.
• Current NJ Nursing License in good standing.
• AHA BLS required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Critical Care course within 6 months of hire.
• Dysrhythmia course within 3 months of hire.
• National certification in specialty preferred.

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
