Job summary

Inspira Health Network in New Jersey is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide professional nursing care through the nursing process, collaborating with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team. Candidates enrolled in a BSN or MSN program, with current NJ nursing licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and 1–2 years of specialty-area experience, are encouraged to apply.

Per diem and full-time opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire.
• BSN/MSN graduates preferred.
• One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem; two years preferred.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• AHA BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
