Job summary

Inspira Health Network is seeking a nursing professional in New Jersey to deliver comprehensive care within a multidisciplinary team. You will perform nursing processes, coordinate with patients and families, and adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory standards.

The role requires enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months, with preference for BSN/MSN graduates, and current NJ nursing licensure.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BSN/MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate by third employment anniversary date.
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Critical Care Course required within 6 months of hire.
• Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
