Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a compassionate registered nurse to join a Neuro ICU team providing advanced neurological patient care in a state-of-the-art unit in Missouri. Deliver direct patient care, educate families, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality outcomes on 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotation.

Applicants should hold an RN license with a nursing diploma or associate degree; a BSN and ICU experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN and 2+ years of experience preferred.
• ICU experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain regulatory compliance.
