Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a registered nurse to join our specialized neuro ICU team, delivering advanced care for patients with complex neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and spinal cord injuries. You will perform the nursing process, educate families, and collaborate with clinicians to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; a BSN is preferred.
• ICU or neurological care experience preferred; not required.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring high alertness.
• Strong critical thinking, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered, holistic nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with the healthcare team and families.
• Monitor physical, psychosocial and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and culture.
